Refund policy

We want you to love your BOEN purchase. If it isn't the right fit or doesn't feel quite right, we're happy to help.

You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria below.

Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free from stains, perfumes, deodorant marks, or alterations
• Returned in the original packaging 

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We're happy to exchange your garment, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose another available product or request a refund.

Returns & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after it has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.

We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, BOEN will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns or exchanges, return shipping charges may apply.

A Few Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items returned after 7 days
• Worn, washed, or altered garments
• Products without original tags
• Items damaged due to improper use
